- What is Haven Outdoor furniture made from?
Our frames are built from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) poly lumber, a dense, water-resistant material designed for outdoor exposure. HDPE’s low moisture absorption helps it avoid the swelling and degradation you can see in porous materials. - Will it rot, splinter, or crack like wood?
HDPE doesn’t absorb moisture the way wood does, which helps prevent rotting and reduces the “splinter” problem that can show up with ageing wood furniture. - What hardware do you use?
We use 316 stainless steel hardware. 316 is widely considered “marine grade” because its alloying (notably added molybdenum) improves corrosion and pitting resistance, especially in chloride environments like coastal air.

- Why do you use Sunbrella fabric?
Sunbrella is a performance fabric known for outdoor durability. Their upholstery fabrics are made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic, meaning colour is built into the fibre before it’s spun, which supports long-term colourfastness. - How does Sunbrella hold up outdoors (sun, spills, mildew)?
Sunbrella describes its outdoor fabrics as resistant to fading, stains, and mould and mildew, which is exactly what Most patios need to withstand heat, humidity, and everyday use messes. - Are Sunbrella cushions easy to clean?
Yes. Sunbrella publishes cleaning guidance that starts with mild soap and water, and for tougher cases (including certain mold and mildew stains) they outline diluted bleach-based cleaning methods.

- How do I clean the HDPE poly lumber?
For routine cleaning: mild soap and water with a soft brush or cloth, then rinse. HDPE is commonly described as moisture-resistant and easy to maintain with simple cleaning. - Can I use a pressure washer?
You can, but keep it gentle: low setting, wider fan, and don’t concentrate spray on seams, edges, or hardware. - Can I leave it outside year-round?
Yes. HDPE is commonly used in outdoor applications because of its low moisture absorption and durability under outdoor conditions. - Can I put it close to a fire pit or grill?
We recommend keeping a safe distance from high heat. Prolonged direct heat can damage outdoor materials and finishes.

- When will my order ship?
Orders ship in 3–5 business days (most ship in about 3).“Ships” refers to when your order leaves our facility, not the delivery date. - Who delivers my order?
We use a variety of carriers depending on carton size,destination, and order size. Tracking is sent once your order ships. - Do you offer white-glove delivery or assembly?
Not at this time. We ship to your door. - Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.

- What warranty do you offer?
Haven Outdoor includes a 10-year limited residential warranty. - Is the warranty residential only?
Yes. Our 10-year warranty applies to residential use. - Do your prices ever change?
Our pricing is consistent year-round. We don’t run “today-only” pricing swings. (Taxes at checkout can still affect the final total.)
