F.A.Q.S
Materials and build
Materials and build
Q: What is your furniture made from?
A: Our furniture is made from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) poly lumber. We produce our own HDPE poly lumber in our Ohio facility, so we control material consistency from start to finish.
Q: Is the color painted on, or is it all the way through?
A: The color runs throughout the lumber. It’s not a painted finish, so it won’t peel or flake.
Q: Is your furniture recyclable?
A: Yes. Our HDPE poly lumber is 99% recyclable.
Q: What hardware do you use?
A: We use 316 stainless steel hardware on every product.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Ohio, USA.
Q: What makes HDPE poly lumber better than wood outdoors?
A: HDPE doesn’t rot, splinter, or attract insects the way wood can. It’s built for long-term outdoor exposure with minimal upkeep.
Comfort and cushions
Comfort and cushions
Q: What is “deep seating”?
A: Deep seating is our lounge-style collection (sectionals, lounge chairs, and similar pieces) designed for a relaxed sit and meant to be used with cushions.
Q: Are cushions included on all products?
A: Cushions are included on deep seating by default. Standard chairs do not include cushions.
Q: Can I buy cushions for standard chairs?
A: We don’t offer add-on cushions for our standard chair styles.
Q: Do you list seat dimensions?
A: Yes. All seat and overall dimensions are listed on each product page so you can choose the right fit before you buy.
Q: What is the weight capacity?
A: Most seating is rated for 275 lbs or higher. (Specific ratings can vary by item.)
Durability and outdoor environments
Durability and outdoor environments
Q: Can your furniture stay outside year-round?
A: Yes. Our furniture is built for outdoor use and designed to handle everyday exposure.
Q: Is it safe for coastal and salt-air environments?
A: Yes. We use 316 stainless steel hardware, and we recommend a simple freshwater rinse about once per quarter in coastal or salt-air climates.
Q: Will it fade over time?
A: Like most outdoor materials, some gradual color change can happen over long periods of sun exposure.
Care and maintenance
Q: How do I clean and maintain my furniture?
A: It’s simple. For most messes, soap and water is all you need for spot cleaning.
Q: What cleaners should I avoid?
A: Avoid abrasive cleaners, Magic Erasers, and bleach.
Q: Do I need to sand, stain, or seal it?
A: No. HDPE poly lumber does not require sanding, staining, or sealing.
Q: Can I power wash it?
A: Yes, on a low setting. Avoid high pressure at close range to prevent unnecessary wear.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are built and ship in 3 to 5 business days.
Q: How long does delivery take once it ships?
A: Typical transit time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on location and carrier routing.
Q: Who delivers my order?
A: We ship using UPS or FedEx. Most orders ship ground. Very large or multi-item orders may be delivered by a freight service and may require a delivery appointment.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or something is wrong?
A: Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and again after unpacking. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Not at this time. We currently sell (and accept returns) for orders delivered within the United States only.
Assembly and setup
Assembly and setup
Q: Does it arrive assembled?
A: Our furniture arrives partially assembled, which helps us offer free shipping. All hardware is included. Each piece ships with clear, plain-English instructions prepared by our warehouse team, plus a mini wrench and an Allen (hex) wrench. For most items, you’ll just need your own screwdriver to complete assembly. Most customers can expect assembly to take about 10–30 minutes per piece, depending on the item.
Q: Do you offer assembly or white-glove delivery?
A: We don’t offer white-glove delivery directly, but we’re happy to help you coordinate with a third-party service if you’d like.
Warranty and support
Warranty and support
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: 10 years.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: Our warranty covers your furniture top-to-bottom for 10 years, including the hardware.
Q: What isn’t covered by the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage from abnormal use, improper assembly, intentional damage, misuse/abuse, or damage caused by external heat sources (for example: grills, fire pits, or heat reflection from windows/doors). Normal cosmetic wear (like scratches) and gradual color change over time are not covered.
Q: Who pays shipping on warranty claims?
A: Warranty replacement parts/claims do not include shipping costs.
Q: How do I start a warranty claim?
A: Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll respond with next steps.
