Shipping Policy

Delivery methods

We ship using UPS or FedEx.

Most orders ship as standard ground deliveries. For very large or multi-item orders, shipment may be delivered by a freight service arranged through UPS/FedEx or a carrier partner, which may require a delivery appointment.

Delivery timeframe

Once your order ships, typical transit time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier routing. Large-order deliveries that require appointment scheduling may take longer.

Tracking and delivery confirmation

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered.” This delivery confirmation is used to determine the start of the 30-day return window.

Receiving your delivery and inspecting for damage

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and again after unpacking.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at havenoutdoorfurniture@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and damage/issue

  • photos of the packaging and shipping label

Keep original packaging

Please keep all original packaging, protective materials, hardware, and manuals until you are sure you are keeping the item. Original packaging is required for approved returns.
